Star has the capability of downloading from Nonin Oximeters, Respironics 920M Plus Oximeters and Respironics Wristox. (this is a question we get a lot about wrist ox) Our technical team is happy to assist you with technical difficulty that may arise and to adapt our program to suit your needs. Additionally, our staff will work with you individually to develop a data management program to track your patient qualification requirements and design a program to suit your company needs.

WE OFFER THIS SERVICE AT NO COST TO PATIENT. THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN, NO ANNUAL FEES, FREE SOFTWARE AND FREE PROFOX REPORTS TO PHYSICIANS AND DME. THIS SERVICE IS MEDICARE APPROVED AND HIPPA COMPLIANT.

	Physician faxes Ordered Diagnostics to Star CPD Services.
	DME delivers equipment to patient with Star instructions.
	Patient self administers oximetry for overnight study. (we have therapist on call should patient need assistance)
	DME retrieves equipment from patient and faxes signed consent to Star.
	DME uses free software from Star to electronically transmit results of study to Star CPD Services.
	Star CPD Services receives results, reads, edit artifacts, then faxes results to physician and other provider specified by patient within minutes of reception.
Star CPD Services bills Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. 	THERE IS NO PALM PILOT NEEDED
	PATIENTS WILL NOT BE BILLED FOR SERVICES. WE ACCEPT MEDICARE, MEDICAID, OTHER AND PRIVATE INSURANCES.
	COPIES OF TEST RESULTS WILL BE FAXED TO PHYSICIAN & DME
	WE PROVIDE OUR PAPERWORK TO INCLUDE A PHYSICIAN ORDER FORM, ACTIVITY SHEET, TESTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PATIENT AND PATIENT CONSENT FORM.
	PHYSICIAN ORDER AND PATIENT CONSENT FORM MUST BE FAXED BEFORE TESTS CAN BE RECIEVED
	COPIES OF TEST RESULTS WILL BE KEPT ON FILE AT STAR CPD SERVICES FOR 5 YEARS SHOULD MORE COPIES BE NEEDED
